Stefon Diggs Sues Influencer Over False S*xual Assault And Drugging Claims After Cardi B Gives Birth To His First Son

Stefon Diggs is firing back against explosive allegations made online by influencer Christopher Blake Griffith.

According to court documents recently obtained by TMZ, the NFL star — who recently welcomed his first child with his girlfriend Cardi B — filed a libel lawsuit on October 1, accusing Griffith of fabricating claims that Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him in 2023.

The filing argues that Griffith, described as a “would-be social media influencer,” created a false narrative that has since been shared with nearly 100,000 followers.

The New England Patriots star said the two met at a charity basketball event in Washington, D.C., before heading out to a club with friends and returning to his Rockville, Maryland, home. The wide receiver claimed he went to his bedroom, and his assistant asked Griffith to leave.

But two years later, Griffith resurfaced with a drastically different story, alleging on social media that Diggs “drugged and attempted to sexually assault” him and even conspired to have him killed.

Diggs’ lawsuit also notes that Griffith tagged Ugg and Sarah Jessica Parker while posting the allegations, referencing the star’s campaign with the brand. The NFL player is seeking damages and attorneys’ fees, though the amount remains undisclosed.

Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz, denied Diggs’ version of events in a statement to Page Six. “Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks,” he said, adding that counterclaims for sexual battery are coming.

Griffith previously filed a police report detailing his allegations, which Diggs has repeatedly denied.
