Two days ago, Stefon Diggs’ ex girlfriend, Aileen Lopera, dropped a paternity lawsuit that she had filed against him. Amid this, the New England Patriots’ star player has broken his silence.

A few hours ago, Stefon Diggs took to his Instagram stories to make a post that read as, “I’ve never seen a day that God didnt come through for me…”
While it is not clear what situation Stefon Diggs is referring to, his cryptic message comes at a time when Aileen Lopera dropped her lawsuit against him.
For the unversed, Aileen Lopera filed a paternity lawsuit against Stefon Diggs to demand expenses for her daughter as she seeked sole custody.
This led to Stefon Diggs demanding a DNA test in July 2025. Now, the paternity test has been submitted in court which proves that he is the father to Aileen Lopera’s daughter.
As per US Weekly, Aileen Lopera’s attorney, Tamar G. Arminak, confirmed the development, as he said, “The matter has been resolved”.
However, Stefon Diggs’ girlfriend, popular Grammy winner Cardi B has remained silent about this as she continues to focus on prepping for her tour.
Stefon Diggs has credited Cardi B for her support
A few hours before Aileen Lopera dropped the lawsuit, Stefon Diggs opened up about his feelings for Cardi B at a press conference.
The New England Patriots’ star player said, “I’m just thankful to have her in my corner. She’s an amazing woman, and continue to build that relationship…”
Stefon Diggs added, “You know, I don’t talk too much about my personal life. But she’s an amazing woman, and I just appreciate her. Hopefully I can build on that and watch that tree grow.”
With Stefon Diggs’ performance dominating on the field this season, Cardi B has often been spotted cheering him on and being there for him through all the bad days.
