Cardi B, 32, stayed true to her word as she attended a performance by local artiste, Lady Lava in New York on Saturday night.
Lady Lava was carded to perform at ‘Bend vs Spend’, an event being held at a Brooklyn nightclub. When the performance was originally announced on Instagram, Cardi commented, “I’M COMING”.

Last month, in an interview with Loop News, Lady Lava said she was filled with gratitude for the way Cardi has embraced her music.
“For people on the outside to accept your music, to enjoy your music, it gives you motivation to work harder. Cardi B’s fanbase is crazy and I had to tell her that I appreciated the love because at the end of the day, you’re grateful for something like that. Even though it’s an artiste showing love to you, it’s also an artiste giving you exposure to a great fanbase that she’s created, so it’s almost like she was sharing her fanbase with me,” she said.
