JUST IN: Cardi B Unveiled Next Single And Release Date With Shocking Announcement of Featuring Artists

It’s an exciting time for women in rap.
Yesterday (February 5), Cardi B and Pardison Fontaine took to their respective social media platforms to announce they are teaming up for an upcoming single, “Toot It Up.”
This powerful collaboration track is set for release this Thursday, February 6, and is available for pre-saving here. This marks their second tie-up to date, as the pair have previously joined forces for their hit single, “Backin’ It Up,” back in 2018.
Cardi B released a myriad of songs last year, ranging from remixes to equally exciting collaborations like her previous March 2024 single with Shakira, “Puntería,” “PUT EM IN THE FRIDGE” with Peso Pluma, and most recently, “On Dat Money” with Rob49. She also recently made waves in announcing her now-fellow GRAMMY Rap Album of the Year Awardee, Doechii.
Fontaine is well-celebrated as a close associate to the femcee, as he has worked with Cardi B on a number of her greatest hits like “Bodak Yellow,” “I Like It,” and “WAP,” to name some. From the underground rap scene, the artist has broken into the mainstream with his 2019 groundbreaking album, UNDER8ED, that served as home to tracks like “Rodman,” “Take It Down (feat. Offset),” and more.
