JUST IN: Cardi B Break Social Media With Most Ever Shocking Incredible Dancing Display To Surprised Crowds And Lady Lava at NY Performance
American rapper, Cardi B stayed true to her word as she attended a performance by local artiste, Lady Lava in New York on Saturday night.
Lady Lava was carded to perform at ‘Bend vs Spend’, an event being held at a Brooklyn nightclub. When the performance was originally announced on Instagram, Cardi commented, “I’M COMING”.
Cardi had previously posted several of Lady Lava’s songs on her social media pages and was even seen dancing to the music during her birthday party in October.
The ladies linked up in person last night for the first time with Cardi calling Lady Lava her favourite artist. They both posted several photos and videos partying together after Lady Lava’s performance.
Cardi also posted several videos of her singing along to Lady Lava’s songs while she was on stage.
Last month, in an interview with Loop News, Lady Lava said she was filled with gratitude for the way Cardi has embraced her music.
“For people on the outside to accept your music, to enjoy your music, it gives you motivation to work harder. Cardi B’s fanbase is crazy and I had to tell her that I appreciated the love because at the end of the day, you’re grateful for something like that. Even though it’s an artiste showing love to you, it’s also an artiste giving you exposure to a great fanbase that she’s created, so it’s almost like she was sharing her fanbase with me,” she said.
