Jay-Z, Beyoncé Respond to A$AP Rocky and Rihanna Lawsuit Rumors With Sarcastic Social Post

Rumors are interesting. Jay-Z and Beyoncé have addressed the growing rumors linking them to a legal dispute with A$AP Rocky and Rihanna, but they did so in their signature subtle style.

The speculation, which had begun circulating online, was swiftly dismissed by Roc Nation’s official X account with a simple, “Don’t be dumb.” The post was a clever nod to Rocky’s upcoming album title, Don’t Be Dumb, leaving no room for doubt about their stance.

Fans had already raised their eyebrows at the accusations, noting the close professional ties between A$AP Rocky, Rihanna, and their shared management under Roc Nation. “People have to use their heads,” one fan pointed out, emphasizing that it wouldn’t make sense for Jay-Z to sue two of his most successful clients.

Another fan laughed off the rumors, adding, “Why would Hov or anyone in relation go after Rihanna? He discovered her and they made $$$. Hopefully we get a Hov verse on the album though.”

As we know, no lawsuit is in the works, A$AP Rocky has recently navigated his legal battles. He was previously cleared of charges after A$AP Relli accused him of shooting at him in 2021.

After a tense trial, the jury found Rocky innocent, and when the verdict was read, he was seen embracing Rihanna in a quiet moment of support. With that legal drama behind him, Rocky focuses on his music.

Hours after his court victory, A$AP Rocky revealed the title of his upcoming album, Don’t Be Dumb, on X, much to the excitement of his fans. He also teased a new track, dropping the line, “Me and these rappers, we nothing alike.”

The album, which includes previously released singles like “Highjack,” “Tailor Swif,” and “Ruby Rosary,” was initially scheduled for release in August 2024, though Rocky has since postponed those plans.
