BREAKING: Nicki Minaj Makes Boldly Shocked Reaction After Trump Adviser Hint Back To Cardi B

A Trump adviser appeared to throw shade at Cardi B while speaking to Nicki Minaj, and the “Super Bass” artist took it in stride.

On Wednesday (Jan. 28), Minaj made an appearance as a guest speaker at the Trump Accounts Summit in Washington, D.C., an all-day event designed to encourage parents to enroll their children in Trump Accounts, a new tax-advantaged investment account.

Earlier in the day, the Pink Friday 2 rapper was asked by President Donald Trump to share a few impromptu words. While at the podium, Minaj called herself “probably the president’s No. 1 fan.”

Hours later, Trump senior adviser Alex Bruesewitz sat down with Minaj for a fireside chat.

“You look pretty good behind the seal, by the way,” Bruesewitz said. “I must admit: Your competition, which really isn’t competition, didn’t really look good behind the seal when they were with Kamala Harris. Just saying.”

The comment drew audible responses from the crowd while Minaj smiled silently.

Bruesewitz appears to be referencing Cardi, who delivered a speech in Milwaukee in 2024 in support of Harris’ presidential campaign. Cardi’s speech, which focused on reproductive rights and economic concerns while criticizing Trump, was ridiculed by Elon Musk and questioned by right-wing pundit Candace Owens.

Megan Thee Stallion, another Minaj rival, performed at Harris’ rally in Atlanta but did not make a speech behind the seal.
