BREAKING: Megan Thee Stallion is Pregnant with Her First Child With Klay Thompson
Megan Thee Stallion has reportedly been pregnant with her first child with Klay Thompson.
Back in summer 2025, Megan Thee Stallion, started dating Dallas Mavericks shooting guard Klay Thompson, before the pair making it public in July as both attended occasions together for the first time.
In July last year, Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson made their red carpet debut at her inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala at Gotham Hall in New York City.
“I have never dated somebody so kind,” the rap superstar exclusively gushed to Page Six of her new romance, while on the red carpet.
“This is my first relationship where I’ve ever been with somebody who’s genuinely a nice person, and he makes me genuinely happy. I just never dated somebody like him before and I’m just grateful that he’s here by my side and he feels the same way about me.”
After the gala, Megan posted footage with Thompson from the carpet as well as a separate reel of their playful workout routine on her Instagram. “I got him working out with no shoes on lol,” she wrote. “B—h, I have been working out with my man!” she exclaimed in the clip.
During that July last year, Megan agreed to hit the links with Thompson. “So today, my man wanna take me to play golf, so I’m going to let him pick my outfit,” she explained in the video. (For the record, he chose a lavender skirt and white top.) “Ever since I’ve been in love, my golf game’s reaped all the benefits!” he said as they tallied up their scores.
She’s not the only one posting. Megan made her clear debut in the hooper’s feed, too: “Klay is taking me on another adventure and we’re going fishing,” she said in the video.
In August, Megan showing up her cooking skills for her boyfriend as they say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, and the rapper takes her cooking responsibilities seriously. “So Klay had never had spaghetti and catfish together before, and ever since the first time I made it for him, he ask me for this s—t like every week,” she said.
During the Dallas Mavericks’ 2025-2026 season opener against the San Antonio Spurs, Megan supported her significant other in the arena — and even gifted him a nautical-themed chain for the occasion. Though the Mavs lost to the Spurs, Megan proudly showed off her time at the game the next day on her Instagram.
In another photo dump on Meg’s account, she can be seen making “heart hands” with her boyfriend in front of a house while holding a key, prompting fans to wonder in the comments if they live together now – and if a ring is next.
In November 2025, Klay Thompson named his new boat “SS Stallion,” a clear tribute to his girlfriend, rapper Megan Thee Stallion, whose nickname is “The Stallion,” with “Houston, Texas” added as a nod to her hometown. The revealed happened in end of November last year through an Instagram post featuring Megan on the boat.
On Friday, Nov. 28, the “Body” rapper, 30, shared footage of how she prepared a Thanksgiving meal the day prior for the 35-year-old Dallas Mavericks basketball player and his family.
“What’s up, y’all? It’s ya girl Megan Thee Stallion, aka Thee Hot Girl Coach, and bitch I am whispering ‘cause Klay is still in his food coma from last night,” she said in a voiceover that accompanied a selfie-style recap shared to Instagram.
In the clip, the “Sweetest Pie” artist stood at a stove, stirring a large pot of greens that she let cook overnight. Her hair was pinned up as she wore a white tank top paired with red and white boxer shorts.
“Right here, this is me getting my dressing ready. I do not call it ‘stuffing’ baby, ‘cause this is dressing, this is a Southern thing,” she said as the recording continued.
Next up was the main course.
“Okay, this is me getting my turkey ready, bitch, I already gave it a BBL and injected that thing up last night with all the flavor,” she said as she continued to narrate her cooking video.
Switching to macaroni, Megan admitted, “I was really nervous, ‘cause I was like, ‘Dang, I’m really finna cook for my man and his whole family.’ I hope they love this because I got to show them that I really love they son!”
The Grammy winner also shared which dish she feels no one can compete with her on, saying, “Baby let me tell you, ain’t nobody seeing me on barbeque baked beans. If you wanna have a conversation, let me know because I’m sure I will win.”
“And then we hurried up and we took all the food over the to the Thompsons,” she said, showing the food ready to be transported.
“Mr. Thompson definitely said 10 out of 10, I could easily have owned my own restaurant but I ain’t wanna record him saying it ‘cause I was tryna be respectful,” she added of her boyfriend’s father, who just one day prior told ESPN LA that Megan would be preparing the turkey.
“All Black women are good cooks,” the former Los Angeles Lakers player, 70, said during the interview.
On Jan. 17, Megan posted a TikTok filmed in Miami that showed Thompson behind the camera, recording her latest Dunkin’ promotion as part of the brand’s ongoing “Hot Girl Takeover.”
The clip leaned into Megan’s signature playful energy, with Thompson casually documenting the moment as she hyped up her limited-time drink drop. Megan captioned the post, “MIAMI HOTTIES you better get up to DUNKIN quick bc it’s only gonna be A Hot Girl take over for the next 2 weeks,” tagging Dunkin’ and signaling the short window fans have to catch the promotion in-store.
Now the new couple expecting their first kid together after showcase series of genius love towards each other over the last seven months of dating.
